Scott graduated from the University of
Central Missouri with a degree in
Science in Electronics Technology. He
also has an Associate degree in Applied
Science in Computer & Information
Systems from Kansas City Kansas
Community College both with Magna Cum
Laude honors.

John joined the MDL family in September
2008. He has a degree in Computer
Science from Vatterott College. John is
in the process of completed multiple

Novell CNE
John’s addition to MDL has been felt the
most in our Managed Services Division.
He has been working to improve and
enhance our monitoring capabilities as
well as our automation. John’s
background in working at Sprint has
brought a wealth of systems and process
information into the company.
He lives in Olathe with his wife and two

Mark Dryer - President/CEO
MCSE, CNE
After working at another IT company Mark
decided to strike out on his own. Mark
had worked in the accounting industry
and expanded his business thru word of
mouth advertising. He has a passion for
helping small and medium businesses
create ways of maximizing their IT
budgets. In owning his own small
business he realizes the budget
constraints as well as the
entrepreneurial spirit of these business
owners. Mark is still involved in the
day to day activities of this growing
business.
Mark lives in Liberty, MO with his wife
and 3 children. He has said that
Liberty/Pleasant Valley is a great place
to live and own a business. |

TJ Bloom - Operations Manager
TJ joined MDL to focus on improving the
overall operations of the company. TJ
graduated from Graceland University with
a degree in Information Technology. He
has worked at Intel Corporation as well
as owning his own construction company
for 7 years. TJ enjoys the direct impact
that he can have in working for a small
business. He has been involved in
planning the growth and expansion of MDL
into a regional IT partner with small
and medium size businesses.
TJ has a passion for Big Mouth Bass
fishing and mountain biking. He resides
in Lee’s Summit, MO with his wife and
daughter. |

Lori Dryer - Office Manager
Lori graduated from NW Missouri State
University with a degree in both
Marketing and Management. With 10+ years
of customer service experience in the
insurance industry Lori joined MDL in
2005. Lori handles all accounts
payable/receivable and well as general
office duties.
Mark & Lori have 3 children and truly
enjoy living in Liberty, MO. |

Chris Summers - Director of Business
Development
Microsoft Small Business Sales Certified
Chris graduated from Graceland
University in Lamoni, IA with a degree
in Speech Communications. Chris was
brought into MDL to develop and maintain
relationships with MDL clients. Chris
has a history in the residential and
light commercial building industry.
Before joining MDL Chris worked for a
commercial real estate data exchange
opening and maintaining new markets.
Chris lives in Grain Valley, MO with his
wife and two children. |
