Bishop-McCann has worked with MDL technology as our third party IT Helpdesk support for several years. It's been a very good experience, they are quick to follow up on IT issues for our associates, they are flexible and offer support when we work (which includes evenings/weekends), they have built up their proficiency in the Mac environment which is helpful because we have PC/Mac needs. I'm glad we work with them!
