PF Chang’s is Latest Victim of Data Breach Data breaches have affected several major U.S. corporations recently, Target Corp., Michaels Stores Inc., Sally Beauty Holding Inc. and Neiman Marcus to name a few. PF Chang’s China Bistro Inc. can now be added to the list. The restaurant chain, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, has provided a list of 33 locations where credit and debit cards used may have had information stolen.
